Siberian city cold to Vladimir Putin's re-election campaign

Vladimir Putin looks set to cruise to another landslide victory in the upcoming presidential election in Russia on March 19. But even for Putin — who has just been polled with a 71% approval rating — there are places where the going is tough. Novosibirsk, Siberia’s largest city, is one of those places.
