We advise clients with respect to the acquisition and financing of domestic and international professional sports teams, including structuring the transactions, drafting, and negotiation of the transaction documentation, and we facilitate the successful consummation of the acquisition and related financing. We also represent clients in drafting and negotiating various collateral agreements with respect to the operation of professional sports teams, including contracts with venues (such as stadiums and arenas), television and broadcast agreements, and licenses of team intellectual property. We are also skilled at the drafting and negotiation of player agreements, such as endorsement agreements.
